Watson Coatings specializes in water-based and water-reducible coatings that are air dried, force cured or formulated as a bake coating for OEM applications. Whether your system is a dip application, a flow-coater or a spray system, Watson Coatings can formulate the product that will work with your system providing the best application and performance at the best price!
We can formulate to meet your specific coatings requirements, be they Salt Fog ASTM B119, Prohesion ASTM D5894, QUV, Weather-o-meter, hardness, gloss, adhesion, color and/or application method. We have manufactured and sold dip coatings for over 20 years and our entire staff each has over 20 years experience in the manufacturing of these products and installing these systems.
Watson Coatings formulates the WA (water-based air dry) and the WB (water-based bake system) to your custom needs and can supply these products in volumes from 1 gallon, 5 gallon pails, drums, up to 350 gallon totes. Once formulated to meet your needs, we can manufacture your products ahead of time, placing them in stock for shipment to you the same day you order. Being centrally located in St. Louis, Missouri we can ship quickly and efficiently to anywhere in the US.
