INSTRUCTIONS
WATER REDUCIBLE COATINGS

WA - WB - WFSR - WPSR - WSR Series  Products

  • Surface Preparation - All surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, oil or other contaminants. WSR can be applied direct to metal or in some instances a coat of primer will provide a longer lasting result.
  • Application Equipment -
  • Airless - Pump model 205-590 Graco Bulldog hose should be 1/4" I.D. high pressure line with a suggested maximum length of 150'. Best results are obtained using a .013 - .015 tip with 2200-2600 PSI.
  • Conventional - A DeVilbiss MBC gun with a D fluid tip and a #64 aircap. Fluid line should be 3/8" I.D. with a maximum length of 50'. Pot should have dual regulators and kept at the same elevation as the spray gun.
  • Mixing - Mechanically mix with an agitator.
  • Thinning - Not normally required. Thin up to 5% with water.
  • Brush and Roller Application - Use a good quality brush or roller cover and be careful not to over brush or roll the material.
  • Pot Life - None
  • Shelf Life - One year
  • Note - Material should not applied at temperatures below 40° F
